CASA BONITA

This peaceful and secluded home with ocean views is located on “Gringo Hill” in the quaint fishing village of Sayulita. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk. The house has two-levels (1400 square feet) and is an ideal rental for 2 to 6 guests. The house was completed in 2000, with various improvements and new furnishings done in 2003.

It has two bedrooms, two full baths and a 200 square foot palapa with two beds in each room that can be put together for king size beds. The palapa has views in three directions, including the ocean, creating a dramatic “tree house” effect. The full size kitchen is on the first level and has all the necessary appliances including a microwave. There is a bar area with a couple of bar stools.
